All New: The London Dungeon
Approx. 14 minutes from Russell Square Underground Station. Take the Piccadilly line to Piccadilly Circus. Change here for the Bakerloo line to Waterloo underground station. The Dungeons are a 4-5 minute walk from the station.
The London Dungeon has now moved home and occupies the County Hall on the Southbank, between Big Ben and the London Eye. Re-opening on the 1st March 2013, the Dungeon is one of the capital's most popular 'must-see' attractions and has been entertaining visitors for over 40 years.
With 18 all new shows, 2 exciting underground rides, cutting edge storytelling with live characters and state of the art theming & special effects, visitors will experience laughs, screams and scares as they journey through 1000 years of London's goriest past.
The shows are based on real London history and legends, with professional actors recreating these historical events in a gallows humour style which is suitable for the younger audiences as well. Visitors will come face to face with some of the most sinister characters in London's history including Jack the Ripper, the infamous Fleet Street barber Sweeney Todd and Bloody Mary. Visit
