The total amount due for your stay will be debited from your credit card on booking. The Imperial London Hotels Ltd accepts payment by most major credit cards.
Room prices are per room, per night and are inclusive of English Breakfast except at the Royal National which includes Continental Breakfast and VAT at no more than 17.5%.
On-line reservations may be cancelled/amended free of charge up to 24 hours prior to 11.00 a.m. on the day of arrival. Otherwise the first night will be charged. Cancellations for groups of ten persons or more will be charged as booked for cancellations received within 7 working days prior to arrival. All non-arrivals will be charged for first night or, in the case of rooms for ten persons or more, reservation will be charged as booked.

For groups of 10 people or more the cancellation policy is 28 days.
Personal information gathered from site use is kept in accordance with legislation solely for the Imperial London Hotels Ltd to complete reservations.
We will accept no liability in any event including (without limitation) negligence for any damages or loss of any kind, including (without limitation) direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, expenses or losses arising out of, or in connection with your use or inability to use the Site, or in connection with any error, omission, defect, computer virus or system failure, or loss of any profit, goodwill or reputation, even if expressly advised of the possibility of such loss or damages, arising out of or in connection with the access of, use of, performance of, browsing in or linking to other sites from this Site.
English law governs these terms and conditions and you agree that the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any matter or dispute in connection with or arising out of this Site and these terms and conditions.
