    £449.25 PW

    An opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced ICT Support Assistant with exceptional customer service to join Imperial London Hotels Limited and providing ICT support across the group. Ideally, you’ll have a thirst for knowledge and be a great team player, providing services directly to all 7 hotels and having an interest and experience across general ICT disciplines.

    Who are we looking for?

    We Are looking for someone who has a good understanding of:

    • Windows Server 2008+
    • Microsoft Office 365
    • Active Directory
    • Group policy
    • Knowledge of LAN/WAN, DHCP, TCP/IP, IIS, Cisco switches, VOIP

    What will I be responsible for?

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Technical & Operational

    • Administration and maintenance of the network infrastructure as instructed by the Head of Department and ICT Support Team Leader
    • Provide timely, effective and quality customer service support to all internal and external customers
    • Administration of Windows Servers
    • Troubleshoot desktop/hardware/software issues that arise in a timely, professional and effective manner
    • Assist with support of the Company’s PMS, EPOS, S&C, MC, HR, and Payroll systems
    • Support Company’s Active Directory and Group policy
    • Maintain and support the backup system and disaster recovery activities
    • Troubleshoot Office 365 related issues
    • Securing network systems by enforcing policies & defining & monitoring access to the network
    • Administration of firewall in line with security policy
    • Assist with the documentation of all data systems as and when required
    • Maintain and support hotels’ Guest Wireless networks
    • Assist with the creation of knowledge-based guide for common issues
    • Provide high quality customer service experience
    • Provide support and input to projects and other activities as directed by ICT support team leader and/or Head of Department

    Other Duties

    • Other ad hoc duties in support of the ICT Department and the Imperial London Hotels as and when required.
