    We are currently seeking to appoint our next talented Group Sales and Reservations Co-ordinator. We require an efficient reliable individual in the department to ensure prompt, effective and proper reservations service to achieve maximum room and area revenue to meet or exceed the revenue target.

    What will I be responsible for?

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Answering incoming calls/email in an efficient, courteous and professional manner

    • Advanced level of written and spoken English essential

    • Reviewing hotel information and availability

    • Dealing promptly with reservations for the entire hotel group by phone, fax and e-mail

    • Keeping up to date and providing Information about any new and current offers, packages, prices and information about the hotels within the hotel group

    • Cooperating closely with Groups/Contracts team to ensure smooth cooperation with suppliers

    • Receiving and monitoring daily reservations reports from suppliers ensuring correct rates are confirmed and bookings comply with terms and conditions of the contracts

    • Ensuring efficient organisation and distribution of all reservations

    • Provides website support to customers

    • Sending guests` faxes

    • Providing support to all in-house reservations and receptions teams within the hotel group to ensure that any reservation or payment queries are promptly resolved

    • Dating and sorting of all Incoming mail, sorting and franking mail, maintaining bookings archive

    • Ensures compliance with fire, security, health and safety and any other statutory regulations

    Other Duties

    • Undertake and perform other ad hoc duties in support of Reservations (CRO & Groups) and Imperial London Hotel as and when required
