This impeccably furnished meeting room is located on the first floor of the Bedford Hotel and has the capability to hold boardroom style meetings or private sit-down dinners for up to 16 people.

With 24.5 square metres of bright, airy space, the Acer Room was named after the beautiful Acer tree planted in the hotel’s garden. The room features neutral décor with just a pop of colour plus plenty of natural light and leafy views via room length windows.

The venue is equipped with a 42-inch mounted plasma screen, self-contained rest room, cloakroom, and integral high speed wi-fi. Our in-house AV team are on hand to provide you with fully integrated additional equipment hire packages, as are the in-house kitchen and catering teams.
